Head of Programme – Arnolfini

Accountable to the CEO, the Head of Programme is a new role with responsibility for developing a significant, international programme of contemporary arts which will appeal to new and more diverse audiences, while engaging with the gallery’s loyal supporters. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the programming and technical teams in addition to forging new partnerships in order to develop the profile of Arnolfini’s artistic programme nationally and internationally.

To succeed in this role the Head of Programme will be a creative, adaptive thinker, resourceful and collaborative with a passion for audiences. The Head of Programme will be a respected contemporary arts programmer with the vision to work across disciplines to appeal to audiences from local to global with excellent people, budget and management skills.
