Open call for curators
Nordic Network of Craft Associations (NNCA) seeks curators to develop the Nordic Craft Pavilion at the international biennial Revelations 2015. The fair takes place in Grand Palais in Paris, 10 -13 September. Individuals or collectives of any nationality are invited to send in proposals. Selected curator(s) will be responsible for the overall curatorial concept and exhibition design.
The project is funded by Nordic Culture Point and Nordic Culture Fund.
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of the Nordic contemporary craft scene
• Wide international network
• Ability to work in a team, in close collaboration with project manager
• Experience with similiar projects

Revelations
The biennual craft fair, Revelations – Fine Craft and Creation Fair, will be held for the second time at Grand Palais in Paris. The first edition in 2013 was a great success with 267 exhibitors and over 33 000 visitors.
The organizers Atelier d’Art de France aims to establish the event as a significant venue within the international and French crafts scene. The venue, Grand Palais, is known as one of Paris’s major venues and was built for the World Expo in 1900. The overall exhibition design for the fair is done by Studio Adrien Gardere.

Nordic Network of Crafts Associations was founded on Bornholm 2010 with the aim is to strengthen the organisations in their work to develop the crafts scene nationally and internationally.
