Description
We are looking for enthusiastic team players to provide curatorial support to our Live Programmes team. The Curatorial Assistant – Live Programmes will work dynamically across the Live Programmes team to assist in the delivery of the Serpentine Galleries 2019 summer programme of performances, talks, conversations, screenings and other live events, both on-site and off-site, as well as providing research support to the Artistic Director.
The Curatorial Assistant (1) – Park Nights will work dynamically across the Live Programmes team to assist in the delivery of the Serpentine Galleries Park Nights and wider summer programme.
The Curatorial Assistant (2) – Live Programmes will work with the Programmes team to assist in the delivery of the Serpentine Galleries 2019 live summer programme of performances, talks, conversations, screenings and other live events, both on-site and off-site, as well as providing research support to the Artistic Director.
The role will provide direct support for certain aspects of the summer programme and will require an overall knowledge of all events taking place. More details about the summer programme and remit of curatorial support will be discussed at interview.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience in producing events
- Experience of working independently and as a team.
- A strong knowledge of and interest in contemporary art, as well as in one or more among: live art, theatre, film, music and theory.
