The Rudolf-August Oetker Foundation was founded in 1998 and is a non-profit foundation under civil law with a focus on art, culture, science and monument preservation. The Rudolf-August Oetker GmbH art collection has a diverse range of European art. Both institutions have their administrative headquarters in Bielefeld. To strengthen our team in our branch in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for part-time ( 20 hours per week ) as soon as possible

Your field of activity
• Organizational support for the board member in day-to-day business
• First contact person and reliable interface
• Carrying out general administrative and secretarial tasks
• Appointment, event and travel management
• Independent research and preparation of data and information
• Maintaining content on the foundation website and updating the MuseumPlus database
Your profile
• Successfully completed art studies ( at least with a Bachelor ) degree and experience in the field of assistance or commercial training with relevant professional experience and a particular interest in art and culture
• Communicative, trustworthy, service-oriented and discreet personality
• Proactive hands-on mentality and organizational talent with forward-looking, structured and conscientious way of working
• Routine handling of all Microsoft Office applications and high affinity for modern forms of communication
• Very good knowledge of English is required
