Dar Jacir is looking for an operations manager to join our team! We are seeking a motivated individual interested in arts and culture and eager to contribute to the city of Bethlehem. The candidate must be based in Bethlehem, speak Arabic & English (Spanish and/or Italian is a plus) and available for a full-time position (5-days a week) with flexibility to work on evenings and weekends.

The Operations Manager will oversee the general operations of the site and programs, ensuring a smooth and organized flow between the team and all areas of work. The Manager will be responsible for implementing the annual action plan, adhering to the organization’s protocols and reporting accordingly, as well as overseeing the financial and administration of the organization.
