Call for applications for a teaching position from the Art History department in the spring semester of 2024.
Are you looking for a way to pass on your knowledge and enthusiasm for a topic in a university setting? Then get in touch with us now! The program management of the Institute of Art History, in cooperation with the young academics and the Fachverein Kunstgeschichte, is awarding a teaching position for the spring semester of 2024. With this call, we would like to offer scientists (Dr., MA or lic. phil.) the opportunity to independently design and conduct a course.
In particular, we would welcome applications with a thematic focus on architectural history and theory, with a focus on transcultural and diverse practices, methodological approaches and geographical investigation frameworks. However, we consider all applications received and reserve the right to decide freely on the thematic orientation. We would like to further diversify the teaching staff, which is why we welcome applications from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
The event is to be designed as a seminar for bachelor students and is to be carried out with appropriate proof of performance. It has the scope of two semester hours per week and is remunerated according to the guidelines of the University of Zurich.
