Curatorial Position for Creative Development

We are recruiting a Curator to join our small, friendly team to lead the organisation’s Creative Development work, developing creative people, creative communities and creative practice. Working with artists, young people, communities, schools, higher education institutions, peer arts organisations, local authorities, funders and stakeholders, the role will create ambitious opportunities for a wide variety of participants and audiences to be engaged and inspired.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in education and engagement settings within the arts, and a passion for and interest in supporting and working with communities, especially with young people. You will bring to Cement Fields the skills and experience to develop and embed creativity in North Kent, shaping our Creative Development work, supporting the development of creative practice, imagination, and paths into creative careers.
