Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and monitor the administrative and financial processes of the Global Network & International Affairs sector, including budget planning and controlling, both domestically and abroad.
- Collaborate closely with administrative staff at overseas offices.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of the sector in managing contracting and external partner portfolios, such as SINY, ISR, and special project partners.
- Develop management and administrative tools to enhance collaboration between the Zurich office and overseas offices.
- Clarify the legal and statutory frameworks that guide Pro Helvetia’s work in Switzerland and abroad.
- Participate in cross-departmental processes related to administrative and operational tasks, contributing to efficient solutions.
- Manage a team of two.
- Collaborate regularly with relevant sectors of FDFA and FDHA, with responsibility for administrative and operational issues related to international presence, such as visa processes.
Qualifications:

- We seek a committed individual with the following qualifications:
- Experience in financial management and business administration.
- Previous experience in project management, contracting, and management, including leadership.
- Proficiency in oral and written English (minimum level C1) and two official Swiss languages (G, F, or I, minimum level B2).
- Experience with non-profit organizations or government-related agencies in a cultural context or at the interface between politics and administration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and with precision.
