The NALAC Leadership Institute (NLI) offers a specialized curriculum focused on Latinx arts and culture. The 2024 NALAC Leadership Institute is accepting applications. This week-long fellowship unites non-profit arts administrators and cultural workers from across the U.S. for in-depth leadership and management training. The deadline for applications is December 29, 2023, at 11:59 P.M. Central Time.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, candidates must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Identify as Latina/o/x/é.
- Work as a non-profit arts administrator or cultural worker in arts administration.
- Hold an active NALAC Membership.
