- $22.50 per hour for 22.5 hours weekly
- Two weeks of paid vacation annually

Role Overview
The Programming Coordinator will:
- Support the Programming Director in developing programming.
- Assist in gallery operations, including administrative, research, and program development tasks.
- Plan and implement exhibitions and events.
- Develop community outreach programs such as talks, screenings, and workshops.
- Receive training and professional development opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

- Research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with MailChimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, and event planning.
- Knowledge of Canadian contemporary art and artist-run culture.
- Multilingual abilities, including ASL.
Primary Responsibilities
The Programming Coordinator will:
- Organize public programs and community outreach.
- Support gallery operations and archive management.
- Assist in exhibition planning and implementation.
- Raise the profile of the Inc.’s contemporary art exhibitions and public programming.
- Contribute to fundraising initiatives and committee activities.
