Application and Review Process: Step 1
- Proposal Submission: Limit proposals to 4,000 characters max (including spaces). Highlight and clarify your exhibition concept.
- Visual Representation: Include one image (photo, sketch, collage, etc.) of about 20×30 cm (DIN A4). Upload as a PDF (max 50 MB).
- Participant CVs: Submit short CVs for all project submitters and proposed artists (max 2,000 characters, including spaces).
- Conciseness is Key: Stay brief and precise. Overlength texts and multi-page PDFs are not accepted.
- Advisory Board Review: Up to 10 projects will be shortlisted for Step 2.
- Application Editing: Edit your application through your user account. No changes or resubmissions after final submission. Incomplete forms are disregarded.
- Confirmation: Successful submissions receive an email confirmation. If not received, contact exhibition.proposal@wuk.at. Avoid inquiries about results.

Procedure for Stage 1
- Deadline and Timeframe: Submissions are open from February 19 to March 5, 2024, ending at 23:59 CET.
Application and Review Process: Step 2
- Developed Proposal Submission: Shortlisted projects must submit a detailed proposal with additional artist information.
- Final Selection: Kunsthalle Exnergasse and the advisory board will finalize project selections.
- Notification: All Step 2 submitters will be informed about the results via email.
- Exhibition Schedule: Selected projects will be realized between Spring and the end of 2025.
