Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities

Artist and Estate Management

  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to oversee assigned artists and estates.
  • Maintain direct communication with artists, estates, and curators to support and promote their careers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for artist studios, facilitating efficient decision-making across various departments.

Gallery Exhibitions

  • Coordinate non-sales aspects of gallery exhibitions, ensuring smooth production and adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate representation of artists’ work in all gallery materials.

External Exhibitions

  • Liaise with museums and other institutions to organize exhibitions, providing necessary support to artists during installations.

Desired Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in contemporary art.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of art history and current trends.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commitment to supporting artists and the gallery’s vision.
