The Role
ECF seeks a creative and proactive Communications Coordinator. The role involves collaborating with teams, managing communication strategies, and enhancing online presence. Key tasks include content creation, community engagement, and event organization. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact through innovative storytelling and effective digital communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies for various programs and activities.
- Create engaging content across different mediums for ECF channels.
- Coordinate communication materials and oversee digital and physical storage of assets.
- Innovate in storytelling to highlight grantee achievements.
- Foster community engagement with grantees, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage the CRM database and ensure a robust image collection from ECF events.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in communications or a related field.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Creative and independent, with a knack for multitasking and seizing opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ECF’s vision of an inclusive Europe.
Requirements
- Residency in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.
- Proficiency in English and strong digital communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
