Role Description

Project Leads at YANZ work closely with the team to develop and manage youth-focused projects. Candidates should have a passion for project management and empowering young artists. The role does not require formal project management experience. YANZ values diverse experiences and provides support and mentorship.

Ideal Candidate

Located in Auckland or willing to relocate.
Ability to work collaboratively, drive positive change.
Experience in community projects, live music events, or similar areas valued.
Open to diverse backgrounds, eager to learn and contribute to a team.
