The Department of Arts and Culture is seeking qualified Art Consultants to establish a diverse Prequalified List. This list will include individuals and teams with a broad range of experience in curatorial services, public programming, community engagement, and public art project management. Services will be required on an as-needed basis and will cater to various budgets, project types, and constituencies.
Expansion of the Prequalified List
This initiative will broaden the existing Prequalified List, which invites selected Art Consultants to bid on specific projects as needed.
Duration and Application Process
The Art Consultant Prequalified List has been operational for two years and will continue for another year. It may be extended by up to three additional one-year terms. The department conducts annual evaluations to add more vendors to the list. Applicants can submit their qualifications anytime before the annual deadline to be considered for inclusion. Submissions received post-deadline will be considered in the next annual review.
Note: Current members of the Prequalified List do not need to reapply and will automatically be included in the 2024 list.
Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted by May 10, 2024, at 5 PM (PST).
