Job Description
We seek a creative and flexible Event Manager with strong negotiation skills, organizational talent, drive, team spirit, and initiative.
Main Tasks
- Conceive, plan, and implement events for the Museion audience, focusing on exhibitions and the Museion collection.
- Coordinate independent working groups, such as Museion Art Club Forum, to promote the region’s subcultures.
- Manage venue hire for cultural events.
- Handle necessary permits for events with various institutions.
- Manage event content for the website and various online platforms.
- Organize and prepare presentations for events.
- Provide general support to the department manager.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in project or event management, preferably in arts and culture (university degree is a plus).
- Knowledge of local cultural projects and institutions.
- Interest in new trends in urban areas with emphasis on music, art, and entertainment.
- Open and communicative personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong business skills.
- Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities.
- Fluent in Italian, English, and German.
