Role Summary:
The Senior Development & Engagement Manager leads ACCA’s fundraising and engagement initiatives, overseeing individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and marketing strategies. Working with ACCA’s executive team, the role supports fundraising targets through major gifts, strategic proposals, and government funding applications while ensuring effective marketing, communications, and audience development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising strategies, including prospecting, engagement, and stewardship of donors.
- Oversee individual and corporate giving programs, major gifts, and grant applications.
- Manage the Development & Engagement team, supporting donor relations and database management.
- Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote ACCA’s programs and exhibitions.
- Organize high-quality events, including exhibition tours, interstate and international art tours, and donor events.
- Collaborate with media partners and ensure consistency in ACCA’s branding across all platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and marketing in the arts or cultural sectors.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to meet fundraising targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in CRM management (Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.
- A passion for contemporary art and cultural engagement.
