Position Overview
Barnard College’s Art History Department is inviting applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position specializing in Modern and Contemporary Art History. The position welcomes scholars with expertise in modern and contemporary art from any region and encourages applicants whose research spans topics such as migration, diaspora, indigeneity, cross-cultural exchange, and postcolonial, decolonial, and intersectional feminist methods.

Requirements
- Ph.D. in Art History by the time of appointment.
