Position Summary
The Kirchner Museum Davos seeks a motivated intern to support its collections and exhibition management. This internship provides hands-on experience in collections organization, exhibition planning, and implementation. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in museum operations and the management of artworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collections management and depot organization.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of exhibitions.
- Gain insights into international loans and exhibition logistics.
- Collaborate with conservators, curators, and external partners.
- Support the production of publications and catalogues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Studies, Museology, Art History, or a related field.
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a hands-on attitude.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
