Full-Time Faculty Position – Graduate Institute of Arts Management and Entrepreneurship

The Graduate Institute of Arts Management and Entrepreneurship at National Sun Yat-Sen University is accepting applications for a full-time faculty position beginning February 1, 2026.

The institute seeks a scholar with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Arts and Cultural Production Planning, Arts and Cultural Creative Enterprise Management, Arts and Cultural Social Practice, or closely related disciplines. Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in arts administration or the cultural industries.

About the Position

Full-time, tenure-track appointment with competitive salary
Teach up to six graduate-level courses per academic year
Engage in active research and publishing
Supervise student theses and advise graduate students
Contribute to course and curriculum development
Participate in departmental, college, and university service

Eligibility

Ph.D. in a relevant field or current appointment as Assistant Professor or above
Specialization in arts management, cultural industries, or related areas
Priority given to candidates with professional experience in arts and culture sectors
Strong academic and professional track record
