Director

Starting January 1, 2026, the S AM is looking for a Director.

The S AM Swiss Architecture Museum is the leading institution for the communication of contemporary architecture and building culture in Switzerland. The S AM sees itself as a platform anchored throughout Switzerland with international reach.

Together with a dedicated team, you will shape the direction of the museum and further develop its content strategy. You will curate exhibitions, position and represent the museum in public, and be responsible for publications. strategically acquiring grants and sponsorships.

Knowledge of German and English are a must, with knowledge additional national languages of Switzerland an advantage.
