Contract: Part-Time (2 days/week, 60 weeks)
Salary: $17–$20 per hour
The Cleveland Museum of Art is seeking a Research Assistant in Prints and Drawings to support a project on 20th-century American art and the watercolors of Andrew Wyeth. The assistant will work closely with the Curator of Prints and Drawings, contributing to research, exhibition development, and public programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research on artworks.
- Assist with exhibition checklists and didactic materials.
- Support the development of publications and exhibition projects.
- Participate in public programs related to the project.
- Assist with other modern and contemporary works on paper projects as needed.
Candidate Profile
- MA in Art History or related field, with interest in works on paper.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time fellowship hours.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
