Responsibilities
- Assist in project management and organizational coordination of exhibitions and events, including scheduling and resource planning.
- Support technical implementation of projects in close collaboration with the director, curator, and artists.
- Participate in all areas of exhibition production and manage new artistic works (research, transport, loans).
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and administration.
- Contribute to communication and educational materials, as well as funding applications.
- Organize and implement accompanying events (concerts, readings, performances).
- Assist in office management and administrative processes.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in art history, cultural management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in contemporary art and culture.
- Initial experience in exhibition organization and working with artists.
- Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in research and content preparation.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English, spoken and written.
