Learning & Education Coordinator – Fondazione Prada, Milan, Italy

Reports to: Visitor Experience and Engagement Manager

This role oversees the development and supervision of educational and mediation programs across Fondazione Prada’s venues, engaging diverse audiences with inclusive approaches. The coordinator will collaborate with the Curatorial and Marketing departments, manage direct and indirect mediation activities, and create educational tools for schools, families, and individuals with specific needs.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative mediation programs for different audiences.
Collaborate with the Curatorial and Marketing teams to share educational materials.
Supervise direct and indirect mediation activities, including workshops.
Develop educational resources for schools and teachers.
Plan programs for younger audiences and inclusive activities for individuals with specific needs.
Coordinate training for internal and external mediation teams.
Monitor, assess, and optimize the impact of educational activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in museum education or mediation.
Degree in Museum Mediation, Art History, Art-Related Education, or similar.
Knowledge of educational and inclusion methodologies.
Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Excellent relational, analytical, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages welcome.
Professional experience outside Italy is a plus.
