Cambridge House, the historic Mayfair townhouse reawakening in 2026 as part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, seeks an Arts & Culture Manager to shape its identity as London’s most magnetic and experience-driven hotel. This role is central to creating an inspiring programme of cultural events, partnerships, and guest experiences that reflect the vibrancy of the city and the heritage of the landmark.

Employment Details

  • Full-time position within Auberge Resorts Collection
  • Opportunity to design and curate guest experiences across art, culture, gastronomy, and wellness
  • Collaboration with creative, operational, and marketing teams
  • Set in a Grade I-listed Georgian mansion in Mayfair, reimagined as a 102-room luxury hotel
  • Start date aligned with the 2026 reopening of Cambridge House

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and curate an annual programme of guest experiences, events, and cultural activations
  • Develop seasonal and weekly calendars in collaboration with internal departments
  • Establish daily rituals that bring the property’s spirit to life
  • Oversee project management of weekly and seasonal programming
  • Coordinate third-party partnerships, vendors, and performers
  • Lead cross-departmental communication to ensure timely delivery of all events
  • Manage and evaluate event performance, ROI, and guest feedback to refine future programming
  • Curate design and storytelling elements that enhance the guest journey
  • Support major events and partnerships, including holiday activations
  • Maintain community engagement with local partners, artists, and cultural leaders

Minimum Criteria

  • 5+ years’ experience in event production, brand partnerships, or creative project management in the luxury sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in events, production, hospitality, or related fields
  • Strong operational knowledge and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of London’s cultural and social landscape
  • Experience curating for luxury or high-end audiences
  • Excellent project management, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive problem-solving, and creative vision
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
