At the Reina Sofía Museum Foundation, a private non-profit cultural institution, the organization is seeking to recruit a professional from the field of cultural management to support the Foundation and its mission, with extensive experience in the sector.
In addition to providing support to the management team, the position covers the full cycle of collection management and acquisition processes, both through purchase and donation. This includes the initial evaluation of proposals and their administrative and contractual processing, through to formalization, documentation, and deposit in the Museum. The role also involves coordinating the logistics of artworks entering the collection, their registration, inventory, financial management, and the monitoring of loans.
This is a strategic position that combines specialized technical knowledge, a high level of organizational capacity, and experience in curatorial and administrative environments.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
Mandatory higher education qualification: Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Art History, Museology, Cultural Management, Conservation, or related disciplines.
Additional specialized training in collection management, art acquisitions, registration, inventory, the art market, or related areas will be especially valued.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of five years’ experience in the cultural and/or museum sector.
Specific experience in the management of art acquisitions, registration, inventory, and collection archiving, as well as experience in galleries or other artistic institutions, will be particularly valued.
Languages:
Advanced English (C1–C2) required.
Additional languages will be considered an asset.
