The DFF – German Film Institute & Film Museum in Frankfurt am Main is a leading international film heritage institution. Responsibilities (Freelance Position)
- Professional and organizational support for the exhibition and catalogue in collaboration with the curator
- Independent handling of project-related tasks in project management, particularly in the areas of loans, exhibit management, and logistics (including processing inquiries and coordinating and managing internal and external transport)
- Conceptual involvement in the development of the accompanying program during the exhibition period, as well as support with communication and promotion of events
- Project-related involvement in organizing the exhibition opening
- Contribution to internal and external project communication
- Participation in commissioning external service providers and technical equipment
- Support in acquiring sponsors for the exhibition and opening event
- Participation in planning and implementing the accompanying program
Your Profile – We Are Looking For
- Experience in organizing events in the cultural sector
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and creativity
- Independent and reliable working style
- Desirable: background in the humanities
- High level of communication skills and cooperative collaboration in project contexts
- Strong writing skills
- Good command of English, spoken and written

The position is based at the DFF, Schaumainkai 41, Frankfurt am Main, with part of the work possible to be carried out remotely.
Travel expenses incurred during the selection process cannot be reimbursed.
