Dear CFC Community,

For over a decade, CFC has worked to make opportunities in the art sector more accessible. Now, we’re looking beyond listings to understand what happens during the hiring process itself.

We’re inviting job seekers and hiring organizations to share their experiences — from application barriers to recruitment decisions — to help build more transparent and equitable hiring practices.

The survey takes 5–15 minutes, is completely anonymous, and will inform a sector-wide report.
