The Institute of International Visual Arts (iniva) is seeking a Project & Community Programme Administrator to support the delivery of Living Legacies: Collaboration, Community and Radicality, a multi-year project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. This role combines administrative coordination with community programme support, contributing to a long-term initiative focused on the histories and practices of Black and Global Majority artists.
Working closely with the Project Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of project systems, communications, and logistics. They will also support the delivery of workshops, events, and co-creation activities in collaboration with artists and community participants.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications

Managing documentation, records, and project data

Supporting logistics for workshops, events, and community programmes

Assisting with financial administration (purchase orders, invoices)

Supporting recruitment processes and supplier coordination

Contributing to evaluation, monitoring, and reporting activities

Liaising with project partners, artists, and stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria

Strong administrative and organisational experience

Experience coordinating logistics across multi-strand projects

Ability to manage records, documentation, and minute-taking

Confidence working with stakeholders across teams and communities

Experience with evaluation and reporting processes

Basic financial administration skills (knowledge of tools like QuickBooks desirable)
