MASP is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead the technical and operational delivery of events held within the museum. Key Responsibilities

Planning and coordinating all technical and operational aspects of events

Managing schedules for setup, execution, and dismantling

Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

Validating technical documentation (layouts, permits, project plans)

Overseeing logistics including loading, access, and circulation flows

Supervising event execution and resolving technical issues on-site

Leading and coordinating junior and mid-level producers

Eligibility Criteria

Degree in Cultural Production, Events, Communication, Administration, or related fields

Proven experience in event production (corporate and cultural)
