5 Traineeships in Cultural Management and Curating at PLATFORM Munich
Start: October 1, 2026
Application deadline: May 5, 2026
PLATFORM Munich is a pilot project at the intersection of professional qualification in cultural management, contemporary art, and cultural education. The focus is on the professionalisation of emerging professionals in cultural management and curatorial practice.
The one-year traineeship offers an intensive hands-on start: trainees actively participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of curatorial projects, exhibitions, workshops, and event formats – all of which serve professional qualification in cultural management – both as part of a team and independently. This creates real work contexts in which experience is gained, networks are built, and individual professional perspectives are sharpened. The work is project-based and partly carried out in cooperation with external partner institutions.
