Artists Space offers a paid Curatorial Internship providing training and hands-on experience in the development and execution of a contemporary arts programme. The role supports research, exhibition development, and day-to-day operations within a non-profit arts organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online archival research
- Publish archival materials on the organisation’s website
- Support research for exhibitions and publications
- Respond to image and press requests
- Assist with gallery operations and visitor engagement
- Support exhibition installation, upkeep and events
Profile Requirements
- Recent graduate or MA/MFA-level student
- Interest in curating, exhibition production or arts administration
- Engagement with contemporary art and non-profit arts organisations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in Mac OSX and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite desirable
Conditions

- Onsite presence required, including Saturdays and occasional evenings
