How do networks, algorithms, and digital technologies shape the ways art is curated, encountered, and shared?
IMPAKT [Centre for Media Culture] invites emerging and aspiring curators with an interest in media art, digital culture, and the intersection of technology and society to apply for the Full Spectrum Curatorship Programme.
Taking place in Utrecht from September to December 2026, the fourth edition of Full Spectrum combines collective sessions, personal mentorship, guest contributions, and peer exchange. Participants will be paired with curator mentors to develop a curatorial proposal and receive support in refining and positioning their ideas.
Confirmed curator-mentors include Annet Dekker (University of Amsterdam, London South Bank University), Ine Gevers (Niet Normaal, Hacking Habitat), Paulien Dresscher (Nederlands Film Festival – Storyspace), Doreen A. Ríos ([ANTI]MATERIA, Centro de Cultura Digital), Eva Fischer (CIVA Festival, sound:frame Festival) and Bart Rutten (Centraal Museum).
Program details
- Please note that this curatorship is for NL-based participants and that all sessions will be held in English. Make sure to check the programme schedule.
- Participants must be physically present at all in-person sessions.
- The fee for participation is €400.
- During the final phase of the programme, participants will receive an €800 stipend to support the preparation of their final project proposal.
