An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Programme Manager to join the New Contemporaries team.
Job Description: Programme Manager
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Conditions: Full-time, permanent contract
The Role The Programme Manager supports the Director in implementing a wide range of tasks relating to delivery of the artistic programme, the expanded programme of talks, events and professional development opportunities for artists; audience development; marketing and communications; and publications. The Programme Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of management of the Submissions, Selection, Exhibition and Tour. The post includes responsibility for liaising with selected artists and partners, the production of publications and the organisation of transport and insurance. In addition a key role of the Programme Manager is to provide critical administrative support relating to day-to-day finances and office management.
Responsible to/line managed by: The Director Line Manager to: All freelance staff supporting Submissions, Selection and Exhibition – supported by Director who has overall responsibility for all staffing including all freelancers.
