The Victoria and Albert Museum’s Development Department has a vacancy for a diligent and motivated Research Manager with demonstrable experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and outstanding communicator with excellent attention to detail, solid research ability and strong administrative skills. The candidate will be able to write consistent, accurate and professional profiles and reports that combine an understanding of data protection laws with a discreet, savvy and sensitive approach.

A key role within the Development Department, the post holder will identify, collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate research information on prospective donors, supporters, and issues of strategic importance to Development, and the larger institution.

We are looking to further advance the role of research within the team through an expanded strategic approach that will support the successful progression of V&A fundraising priorities.
