2017-18 fellowships

Deadline: January 30, 2017
The Center for Italian Modern Art is welcoming applications for its 2017-18 fellowships
The Center for Italian Modern Art, a non-profit exhibition and research center based in New York and dedicated to the promotion and study of modern and contemporary Italian art, welcomes applications for its 2017–18 fellowship program.
Each academic year CIMA presents an annual exhibition that provides the theme for the entire season. In the past, we focused on Fortunato Depero, Medardo Rosso, and Giorgio Morandi, while our current season focuses on Giorgio de Chirico and Giulio Paolini. The 2017–18 season will be devoted to Alberto Savinio. Alongside exhibitions and public programs, CIMA offers art historical fellowships at the master’s, doctoral, and post-doctoral level, for study in New York or research in Italy. For the 2017–18 season, we are pleased to announce also a new Affiliated Fellowship with the Civitella Ranieri Foundation.
The call for applications is now available online.
