Elizabeth Denny Appointed New Director of Outsider Art Fair

Outsider Art Fair appoints Elizabeth Denny as its Director. The fair, dedicated to art brut, folk art, outsider art and self-taught art as well as Progressive Art Studios, is next scheduled in New York for 19-22 March 2026.

Denny previously held leadership roles at galleries, most recently as Director at Eric Firestone. She founded Denny Gallery in 2013 with locations in New York and Hong Kong. She holds a BA in Art history from the Courtauld Institute of Art and an MA in Modern art from Columbia University, lectures at Columbia and Sotheby’s Institute, and serves as a Founding Board Member of Less Than Half.

Founded in 1993, Outsider Art Fair has highlighted the significance and diversity of 20^th– and 21^st-century practices outside mainstream circuits.
