Prior to joining LAS, he served as the Programme Director and Curator at the House of Electronic Arts (HEK) in Basel. During his tenure at HEK, he not only contributed to the museum’s strategic planning as a senior management team member but also played a key role in conceptualizing and producing exhibitions, concerts, performances, and lectures.
Magrini’s Research Focus
Magrini’s research interests are at the forefront of contemporary art. He explores forward-looking subjects, including blockchain, ecology, artificial intelligence, and artists’ games.
