2026 Curatorial Fellowship

Calling Emerging Craft Curators!

Are you an emerging curator interested in exploring new curatorial approaches in craft to develop an exhibition? Apply now for a 2026 Curatorial Fellowship.

We are excited to kick off the fourth cycle of the Curatorial Fellowship by seeking proposals that explore craft’s role in community vitality. The Curatorial Fellow will receive $5,000 and work closely with the Center’s program staff and mentors over 10 months to produce an exhibition in the Center for Craft’s Bresler Family Gallery, located in Asheville, North Carolina. Proposals are welcome from individuals, two-person teams, and collectives.
