The Education Program at ACCA champions equity, access, and inclusion. It offers various learning programs for different educational levels and engages over 12,000 students and educators annually. Position Overview
Title
Acting Education and Access Coordinator (Parental Leave Cover)

Part-time (0.8 FTE), 12-month fixed term (renewable)

Based at ACCA with occasional offsite work
Role Purpose
The coordinator plays a vital role in designing and implementing education programs. This includes coordinating education access and outreach initiatives and maintaining relationships with educational institutions. The role demands creativity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to inclusive education.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Education Program Delivery
- Develop and maintain primary and secondary education programs.
- Collaborate in planning and delivering comprehensive education programs.
- Produce education resources in line with current exhibitions.
- Program Coordination
- Manage and promote education, access, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate bookings and maintain education databases.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and undertake program monitoring.
- Program Promotion
- Market education programs to target priority schools and communities.
- Produce digital resources and marketing materials.
- General Responsibilities
- Attend and support relevant meetings and conferences.
- Collaborate with ACCA teams for strategic program delivery.
- Adhere to safety and policy standards.
Key Relationships
- Reports to the Education Manager
- Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders
Health & Safety
Compliance with all health and safety standards is mandatory.
Terms and Conditions
- Part-time, 12-month contract with a salary package of $57,720.
- Includes annual and personal leave as per national standards.
