Acting Head of Exhibitions

Full time/ 9 months (Fixed Term)
Salary: £35,000 p.a. (pro-rata)

The De La Warr Pavilion is seeking to recruit an Acting Head of Exhibitions to manage our 2021/22 exhibitions: Rock Against Racism : Militant Entertainment 1976-82 Alexi Marshall: Cursebreakers , Bassam Al-Sabah: I Am Error, Lucy Stein: Wet Room; a new commission with the Resolve Collective and an exhibition by Zineb Sadira.

You will manage relationships with artists and partners,  research, develop and deliver a new exhibition in the First floor gallery in summer 2022 and manage and deliver the existing 2021/22 exhibitions programme, as well as support the delivery of engagement programmes and the development of future business planning.

This is a fixed term post to reflect the fact that the De La Warr Pavilion is undergoing an exciting period of change that will inform a new vision and business plan for our future.
