- 7 positions for open access
- 1 position designated for individuals with disabilities
Eligibility Requirements:
- Spanish nationality required; exceptions apply for EU nationals, spouses of Spaniards, and descendants under twenty-one years of age or dependent over that age.
- Minimum age of sixteen; not exceeding the maximum retirement age.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree, university diploma, Technical Architect, Technical Engineer, or equivalent title, or meet the conditions to obtain it by the application deadline.
- Foreign qualifications must have corresponding homologation credential.
- Functional capacity to perform advertised tasks with no hindrance due to illness or physical defects.
- No history of dismissal from public service or equivalent disqualification.
- Not a civil servant in the same scale as the positions offered.

Application Period:
- Twenty business days from the day following the publication in the Official State Gazette (until December 1, 2023).
Selection Process:
- Competition-opposition system.
- Opposition phase: Two eliminatory exercises.
- Competition phase: Only for those who pass the opposition phase. Points from this phase cannot be counted to pass the opposition phase tests.
