Role Overview
The Art and Design Research Coordinator will play a vital role in developing art strategies, conducting research, and supporting Capsule Arts’ marketing and creative initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for UAE Nationals to gain hands-on experience in the art consultancy sector, working alongside a dynamic team to shape inspiring projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to develop art strategies aligned with local heritage and client goals.
- Curate and select artworks for projects in collaboration with the team.
- Enhance and organize the company’s artist and materials libraries.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives to promote Capsule Arts’ projects and achievements.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Fine Art, Design, Marketing, or related fields.
- UAE National with a passion for art and culture.
Skills
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Experience
- Prior internships or experience in art, design, or related industries are a plus but not mandatory.
