Hafez Gallery is seeking an Art Curator & Product Development Senior Specialist to work at the intersection of curatorial practice, art direction, and creative product development. The role combines exhibition-making, artistic commissioning, and concept development with a strong commercial and strategic dimension.

The position focuses on shaping cultural output across exhibitions, collections, and art/design products, translating conceptual ideas into realised projects that connect artists, audiences, and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead art and design product development from concept to final execution
Curate exhibitions and contribute to the development of collections
Collaborate with artists on commissions and creative production
Define creative direction and identify emerging cultural trends
Bridge curatorial practice with commercial and product development strategies

Profile

4–8+ years of experience in curatorial practice, cultural production, or product development
Strong visual and conceptual artistic sensibility
Ability to work across creative, curatorial, and commercial contexts
Experience working with artists and managing commissions
Strategic thinking with an understanding of cultural markets and trends
