As part of the education and placement team, you develop placement offers for families, children and young people in exchange with freelance mediators. You are also responsible for working with schools, kindergartens and other institutions for the education of children and young people on a conceptual and practical level. In addition, you work in the team on the further development of collaborative mediation.

You have
• A successfully completed university course at master’s level in the field of fine arts, art history, pedagogy, mediation, cultural mediation or in a cultural or art science course
• A multi-year ( at least 2 years ) conceptual and practical professional experience after completing the necessary studies in institutional mediation work in the field of fine arts with children and / or young people
In particular, you bring along
• Expertise: the contemporary mediation discourse and its practice, museum work, in discriminatory and diversity-sensitive language as well as cultural and mediation work, comprehensive knowledge of art and culture history ( 19th, 20th and 21st. Century ) as well as secure knowledge of English
• Result and goal orientation: in particular implementation skills and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate: in particular the understandable representation of complex relationships
