Responsibilities
- Define and implement the organization’s artistic and strategic vision.
- Co-manage the organization with the administrative director, ensuring financial and operational stability.
- Develop programming, public engagement, and partnerships locally and internationally.
- Oversee budget planning, funding applications, and capital projects.
- Promote a healthy, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in artistic direction and senior management within cultural organizations.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary performing arts and emerging artistic practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
- Experience in securing public and private funding, and in budget management.
- Fluency in French and English.
