Assistant Curator Art-Science

ASN is seeking an Art Curator-assistant:

• with PhD, and
• with particularly strong & large IT-skills, and
• with experiences in art and science.

Main tasks

• Developing, organising, curating projects, event,
• Developing, implementing, managing communication & PR strategy
• Researches, applications for fund-raising, sponsoring, …
• Managing stakeholders,
• Managing project team and budget
• Managing project schedule and deadlines
• Managing project conflicts and risks
• Managing project deliveries

Requirements

Profile searched:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English native speaker is an advantage),
• Strong, large IT skills (wordPress, web-, graphic-design,…),
• Curatorial education/study with at least one year experience,
• Training in management with evidences of experiences (at least two years in art/science synergy),
• Strong knowledge/experiences by fund-raising for cultural projects,
• Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills,
• Good team working skills, particularly with artists and scientists,
• Strong commitment and motivation.

We are expecting:

• Recognised curatorial studies with BA and/or MA, (or equivalent is mandatory),
• Results in Fund-aising, sponsoring,…
• IT skills, PR skills, and/or communication skills,
• At least 2 years of recognized experience,
• Long experience in Art & Science is a strong advantage,
• Excellent English and German (English native speaking is an advantage),
• Polish and/or French is appreciated,
• Deep commitment to ASN ambitions and objectives,
• Strong motivation for connecting the worlds of art and science.
