Open Call for Candidates
Santander Employ Culture is a program designed to create employment opportunities for young specialists in contemporary culture. It also aims to support the sustainable growth of organizations in the cultural sector.
Two-Phase Application Process:
- Organizations Seeking Employees
- Period: November 2 to November 30
- Aim: For organizations to fill positions within their structure.
- Candidates Seeking Positions
- Period: January 24 to February 7
- Aim: For candidates interested in these job opportunities.
In total, 10 organizations and 10 candidates will be chosen. Selected organizations will receive a grant of 22,000 euros. This grant is intended to cover the new employee’s salary for one year.
