Position Overview
The Caribbean Culture Fund is seeking a qualified Grants Manager. This role involves managing the distribution of funds to grantees and supporting compliance obligations. The position is based in the Caribbean and may require international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design CCF grant cycles with the Executive Director and Steering Committee.
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to disseminate calls for proposals.
- Convene juries to select grantees with input from the Steering Committee and Executive Director.
- Manage relationships with prospective grantees and juries during the application process.
- Promote selected cohorts with the Communications Manager.
- Ensure grantees provide required documents for contractual requirements and fund distribution.
- Oversee the timely distribution of funds with the Fiscal Sponsor and Accounting Officer.
- Maintain project documents for each cohort of grantees.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and donor contractual requirements.
Key Tasks
- Support the Communications Manager in preparing a photo bank of CCF juries and grantee cohorts.
- Host roundtables and events with the Communications Manager, Executive Director, Steering Committee, and volunteers.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum of five years of experience in grant/project management roles.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Spanish is advantageous.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.

- Reports to: CCF Executive Director
- Oversees: Grantees and juries
