Position Overview
MAMM seeks a visionary Chief Curator to lead its curatorial program, overseeing exhibition production, collection management, and institutional collaborations. This role requires a leader with excellent team management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the sensitivity to engage with local and international artistic communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibition Production: Design and manage MAMM’s exhibition program, from concept to execution, including internal and external projects.
- Art Collection Management: Oversee the MAMM art collection, implement acquisition plans, and ensure compliance with conservation standards.
- External Relations: Establish partnerships and engage in cultural activities that align with MAMM’s strategic goals.
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead the curatorial team, contribute to MAMM’s strategic and annual planning, and support the General Director on museum-wide initiatives.
